These terms apply to this website and to quotes and bookings made through it. The business is PRO AIR DUCT CLEAN, 374 7702 East Doubletree Ranch Rd., Suite 300, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

PRO AIR DUCT CLEAN provides air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. We are not an HVAC contractor: we do not repair, install or replace heating and cooling equipment, and we do not carry out plumbing or electrical work.

A quote is based on the information you give us and on what we find when we look at the system. If the system differs from what was described, we will tell you what changes and why before any work starts.

Quotes are free and place you under no obligation.

Someone needs to give us access to the property, the laundry area and the exterior vent termination where one applies. Where access cannot be provided safely, that part of the work cannot be completed.

Cleaning removes dust, debris and lint from the ducts and vent lines we clean. It does not repair equipment, improve a system that was built or sized poorly, or cure a health condition. No guarantee is offered on this website.

Photographs on this website that show ducts, vents and equipment are illustrative unless the page states otherwise. They are not presented as completed work at a customer property.
