Air Duct Cleaning
The supply and return ducts that move air around your house, plus the registers and grilles you can see. Dust, construction debris and whatever the last occupants left behind comes out.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
The line from the back of your dryer to the hood outside. Lint packs into the bends and the transition hose first, which is why a dryer starts taking two cycles to finish a load.

What actually gets cleaned
Most of a duct system is behind drywall, which is why it is easy to sell a cleaning that never went past the register. These are the parts of the system we open and clean, named the way we name them on the job.

- Supply trunk
- The main line out of the air handler. Everything downstream carries whatever is sitting in here.
- Branch runs
- The smaller flexible or metal runs feeding each room. The bends are where dust settles.
- Return duct
- The return side pulls house air back in, so it collects the most dust and pet hair of anything in the system.
- Registers and grilles
- The parts you can see. We take them off, wash them and put them back rather than cleaning around them.
- Boots and takeoffs
- The connection between a branch run and the opening in your ceiling, wall or floor. Debris gets caught on the lip.

Walk the system
We count the registers and returns, find the air handler, and check what the ducts are made of. That is what sets the time and the price, not a guess over the phone.
- 02
Protect the room
Floors and furniture get covered before anything opens. A duct cleaning that leaves dust on your furniture has not saved you anything.
- 03
Pull the debris out
The system goes under negative pressure and the runs are agitated back toward the collection point, so what comes loose leaves the house instead of blowing into a room.

Wash what you can see
Registers and grilles come off, get washed, and go back on. Boots and takeoffs get cleaned at the lip where debris catches.
